Investing in employee professional development is an excellent solution to increase opportunities for career growth in business and improve company culture. The LinkedIn Global Talent Trends Report 2022 found that employees consider professional development to be the most important way to improve company culture. In fact, 93% of employees said they would stay with a company longer if it invested in their career. Companies that offer one-on-one coaching to employees at all levels are improving both their company culture and employer branding with this investment. Factors such as company culture and flexible working options are crucial to ensure employee retention and that employees prioritise internal mobility over external employment opportunities. The use of data-based behavioral profiling at the start of my delevopment work provides effective tools to assist in the assessment and analysis of processes related to recruitment, onboarding, development and employer branding.
